Before studying law at the University of Ottawa to become a lawyer, Samuel worked for a few years as a paralegal in corporate law. His university career was most rewarding with the completion of a term in Liège, Belgium. This unique life experience has developed in him an approach based on diversity and openness.
A passionate professional, Samuel devotes his practice exclusively to matters relating to indirect taxes. He is a member of the Quebec Bar and has successfully completed the graduate microprogram in commodity taxes at the University of Sherbrooke.
